Jerry Wass, CEO
Experienced leader and founder of multiple successful organizations that he approached with an entrepreneur mentality to make sure they were built from the ground up correctly to ensure optimal efficiency and growth. With 10+ years of demonstrated experience in creating the framework for several multi-industry establishments, Jerry is always moving towards the next challenge, never limited to one specific commercial trade.
Matthew Yaun, COO
Matt has a distinguished career as an Air Force officer, C-suite executive and key executive on multiple non-profit boards. He served our country as an aviator for 28 years. While serving in the reserves, Matt worked at Cox Industries as Chief Administrative Officer from 2006 until its sale in 2018. Matt has extensive leadership experience in challenging situations and a track record of proven success. His expertise includes sales, marketing, IT, finance and HR functions. He has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and earned his MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is also highly engaged in the community, is a past president of his local Boy Scout Council and is currently director of a new non-profit chapter of Truth in Nature that mentors fatherless boys in Charleston. He was appointed by Governor Haley to the SC Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education in 2014 and completed his term as Vice-Chair in 2021.
Robin Yaun, President of Construction
Robin comes to ORP Companies bringing over 20+ years experience of construction management and development gained from spearheading multiple successful organizations such as Classic Construction of North Carolina, Inc. and C&R Builders of NC, Inc. Robin earned a B.S. in Horticulture from North Carolina State University and is an active member of the Greensboro Builders Association, as well as a past member of the Greensboro Remodelers Council. He has previously volunteered and given back to the local community at Preservation Greensboro, Family Services of the Piedmont, and by coaching basketball for the AAU and the YMCA.
